Small
TCXO/TCVCXO products with HCMOS output
ILSI announces the expansion of the current
TCXO and TCVCXO product families to include HCMOS output.
HCMOS output option is available in both the I537/I737 (3.2X2.5mm
SMD) and I533/I733 (5.0x3.2mm SMD) product families. Product
available in frequencies from 8 Mhz to 30 Mhz. Output load
specification = 1K ohm/ 15pf.
Crystals
for Zigbee Applications
ILSI crystals for Zigbee applications using
the Ember EM250 and EM260 chipsets are stocked by our distributors
and available for immediate shipment. The ILSI crystals
specified in the Ember reference design are part numbers
ILSI-C-1753 (ILCX08-JG5F18-24.000MHz) and IL3X-HX5F12.5-32.768kHz.

Pb
free crystals and oscillators
ILSI America now offers a broad line of Pb free crystals
and crystal oscillators.
The Pb free product line complies with the RoHS directive
2002/95/EC.
The broad product line includes both leaded and ultra small
SMD packages, both 2 pads and 4 pads. The crystals includes
the industry standards HC49US and HC49USM. The Pb free crystal
oscillators include types: xo, tcxo, vcxo, ocxo, vco, and
tcvcxo oscillators. All Pb free crystals and oscillators
meet the same electrical specifications as the original
non-Pb free part.
Lead-Free HC49USM Crystal
The HC49USM is one of a broad line of lead-free crystals
and
oscillators offered by ILSI America. These lead-free crystals
and oscillators comply with the Directive 2002/9/EC (RoHS).
The HC49USM is an industry standard low cost crystal covering
a
frequency range of 3.5MHz to 70MHz, size: 13X5X5 mm, 2
terminal surface mount package.
Tiny
TCXO 
Measuring only 3.2mm X 2.5mm X 1.5mm high in a SMD package,
ILSI America's new tiny I509 temperature compensated crystal
oscillator (TCXO) is designed for a frequency range from 13.0
MHz to 26.0 MHz. Frequency stability as low as +/- 2.0 ppm
over a temperature range of -30 deg C to +80 deg C. Output
is a clipped sine wave, 0.8V p-p minimum. 3 different supply
voltages: 3.3 VDC, 3.0 VDC, and 2.7 VDC.
Smallest
TCVCXO 
ILSI America's new I711 is the smallest TCVCXO developed
with a package measuring: 2.5mm x 3.2mm x 1.5mm high. The
I711 is designed for frequencies of 13.0 MHz, 19.2 MHz, 19.68
MHz, and 26.00 MHz with frequency stabilities down to +/-
2.0 ppm over a temperature range of -30 deg C to + 70 deg
C. Output level is a clipped sine wave.
Small, SMD, 4 pad, 20 to 60MHz crystal 
ILSI America's new ILCX18 is a small, SMD, 4-pad crystal
measuring 2.0 x 2.5 x 0.55mm. The crystal has a frequency
range of 20 to 60MHz. Standard frequency stabilities available
from: +/- 10ppm to +/- 100 ppm over an operating temperature
range of -40 deg C to + 85 deg C.

ILSI America announces the signing of an agreement with Future
Electronics to be a worldwide distributor for ILSI America's
broad product line of crystals and oscillators. The agreement
is effective 8/5/02.
